“When someone misses the canvas” – New paintings and drawings by Udo Dziersk

Udo Dziersk (*1961 Gelsenkirchen) has developed his very own style and cannot be categorized as an “ism”. His philosophy of life sounds just like his way of working:

“My life feels like a collage to me.” Like a collage, he combines things that do not actually belong together into a new order: there are always objects or figures and lines that connect, separate or frame. Dziersk’s pictures want to be discovered and offer the viewer’s eye a rich abundance.
