»build it – glue it – use it« – Design Exhibition during MCBW 2014

The motto of the upcoming MCBW is: Design connects.


Connections can be seen in many different ways. Be it the connection of design with culture and society, design and art, but also from the applied also from the applied field as a connection between materials.

But connections always have to be built first (build it) and firmly anchored (glue it) in order to withstand some stress. (use it)

We invited five young designers to explore the current possibilities of possibilities of adhesive connections. In doing so focus on materials that are otherwise difficult to join using other difficult to join with other joining methods.
