Sie schloss ihr Studium im Sommer 2016 an der Nationalen Universität der Künste in Bukarest (Fachbereich Fotografie und Video) ab, nachdem sie zuvor am Chelsea College of Art & Design in London (2009–2010) sowie an der Königlichen Akademie der Schönen Künste in Antwerpen (2010–2011) studiert hatte. Sie zählt zu den markanten Stimmen einer jungen Generation europäischer Gegenwartskunst. Ihre künstlerische Praxis ist interdisziplinär und umfasst Fotografie, Installation, Skulptur sowie Videoarbeiten. Ausgehend von einer theoretischen und literarischen Perspektive widmen sich die Werke der Beziehung zwischen dem menschlichen Körper und seiner Umgebung sowie der Neudefinition dieses Themas im Sinne des Post-Humanismus. Konzepte geologischer Zeit und unsere intensive Wechselbeziehung mit unserer Umwelt formen eine ursprüngliche zeitgenössische Ästhetik des Miteinanders innerhalb einer organischen und biologischen Technosphäre.
Ihre Werke wurden zudem in zahlreichen institutionellen Ausstellungen und renommierten Kunstorten in Europa und darüber hinaus gezeigt, darunter Museen und Projekträume in Berlin, Wien, London und Bukarest.
Neben Einzelausstellungen ist Inescu regelmäßig in internationalen Gruppenausstellungen vertreten, die aktuelle Diskurse um zeitgenössische Skulptur und installative Praxis verhandeln. Ihre Arbeiten wurden in bedeutenden Kunstsammlungen aufgenommen und in kuratorischen Kontexten präsentiert, die sich mit ökologischen und technologischen Zukunftsfragen beschäftigen.
